Broiled flounder in lemon pepper butter

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Grated lemon peel | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine or butter | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice | 
Directions
Place fillets skin down on lightly greased broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on fillets. Broil 4 inches from heat 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish measured at thickest part or until fish flakes easily.
