Grilled flounder with lemon & thyme

| 3 | Lemons | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | pounds | Fish fillets |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Squeeze ½ cup lemon juice from lemons. Combine the juice, salt pepper and thyme in a shallow dish. Add the fish & turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
Drain the fish and brush with melted butter and place on preheated grill. Broil until opaque throughout.
