Chicken fricot

| 2 | mediums | Onions,diced | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |

| 1 | cup | Cold Water | 
| 4 | mediums | Potatoes,diced | 
| ¼ | cup | Flour | 
| 2 | mediums | Carrots,diced (optional) | 
| 8 | cups | Boiling water | 
Directions
Cube salt pork and cut chicken into cubes.Fry pork until golden,set aside. Add chicken and fry until brown.Put everything into a large pot and cook until meat is tender.Blend flour and cold water and add to the fricot to thicken it.Summer savory may be also added for extra flavour.
