2mediumsOnions,diced
½teaspoonOregano
Salt
Pepper
1cupCold Water
4mediumsPotatoes,diced
¼cupFlour
2mediumsCarrots,diced (optional)
8cupsBoiling water

Directions

Cube salt pork and cut chicken into cubes.Fry pork until golden,set aside. Add chicken and fry until brown.Put everything into a large pot and cook until meat is tender.Blend flour and cold water and add to the fricot to thicken it.Summer savory may be also added for extra flavour.
