Broccoli-cheese pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Broccoli cuts
¼ cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
¼ cup Water
4 larges Eggs
1¼ cup Milk
4 drops Hot sauce; up to 6
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
⅔ cup (2 3/4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
⅓ cup Grated parmesan cheese

toss together first 3 ingredients.

Combine ¼ cup water and next 6 ingredients. Stir in vegetables, and pour into a greased 10-inch pieplate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 1 (10-inch) pie.
