Broccoli cheese pie 2

Ingredients

| 1 | 9-inch pie crust; or bread crust | |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 2½ | cup | Broccoli; sliced |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; grated |
| ¾ | cup | Skim milk |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Mustard powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saute onions and put into crust., Add broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
