Broccoli cheese pie 2

Ingredients

19-inch pie crust; or bread crust
1Onion; chopped
cupBroccoli; sliced
1cupCheddar cheese; grated
¾cupSkim milk
2Eggs; beaten
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonMustard powder
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Saute onions and put into crust., Add broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
