Broccoli cheese pie 2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 9-inch pie crust; or bread crust
1 \N Onion; chopped
2½ cup Broccoli; sliced
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
¾ cup Skim milk
2 \N Eggs; beaten
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Mustard powder
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Saute onions and put into crust., Add broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
