|3 slices||Bread; diet, toasted|
|3 ounces||American cheese; sliced|
|1½ cup||Frozen chopped broccoli; thawed and drained|
|1½ cup||Skim milk|
|¼ teaspoon||Onion flakes|
|¼ teaspoon||Dry mustard|

Cut bread diagonally; arrange 3 half-slices of bread in non-stick pan (8-1/2x4-1/2x2-½ inch). Cover bread with one layer of cheese, spread broccoli over this, and cover with remaining cheese and bread. Beat eggs until foamy. Add milk and seasonings. Pour over layers of bread in baking pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve at once.
