2 packs | Chopped broccoli |
1 can | Mushroom soup |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
1 small | Onion; chopped |
1 cup | Sharp cheese |
½ cup | Margarine |
½ cup | Bread crumbs; (Pepperidge Farm croutons) |
Cook and drain broccoli. Blend all ingredients except margarine and bread crumbs. Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 2 quart casserole. Serves 8-10.
