Cheesy broccoli bake

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10-oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (10.75-oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
½ cup Sour cream
2 cups Chopped ham
2 cups Cooked rice
½ cup Soft, torn bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.

In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in broccoli, ham and rice. Spoon mixture into 1½ quart casserole. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
