Cauliflower-broccoli \"cheese\" bake

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Cauliflower, cut to florets |
| 1 | bunch | Broccoli, cut into florets |
| 1 | medium | Carrot, sliced thinly |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 3 | eaches | Garlic cloves, diced |
| 2 | eaches | Onions, sliced |
| 3 | tablespoons | Tamari |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 3 | cups | Cheesy gravy |
| 1 | tablespoon | Nutritional yeast |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet, add the vegetables & saute for 7 minutes.
Add tamari, salt & garlic powder. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F. In an 8 X 12 inch casserole dish, place alternating layers of gravy & saute mixture, finishing with a layer of gravy. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast & paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
