Brigitte sealing's tropical spareribs

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ \N - 4lbs spareribs
3 larges Cloves of garlic
1 large Onion, sliced
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple,
\N \N .undrained
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 \N Bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Ground ginger

Run ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in a large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add ¼ cup water to the pan.

Cover with foil. Bake in 350F oven for ½ hour. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer.
