Thomas" <jethomas@...> I love smoothies and have been drinking them regularly after my workouts, but this morning I made one for breakfast that was great! I have a really hard time eating in the morning unless I've been up for awhile. I've been facing the dilemma of *knowing* I need to eat something before I walk to work and yet being unable to face any food at that time. I can drink things, though, so I decided to put my breakfast cereal in the blender, and it worked.

I put everything in the blender. Blend until smooth.
