Brazilian broccoli beans

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Broccoli flowerets; in bite- size pieces
3 ounces Snap beans; cut into bite- size pieces
3 ounces Kale; coarsely chopped
3 ounces Soybeans; cooked
1½ ounce Brazil nuts; chopped
1½ tablespoon Soy oil
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
1½ ounce Fresh chives; minced
¼ teaspoon Tarragon
½ teaspoon Salt

Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender.

Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
