Brazilian broccoli beans

3ouncesKale; coarsely chopped
3ouncesSoybeans; cooked
ounceBrazil nuts; chopped
tablespoonSoy oil
½teaspoonGarlic; minced
ounceFresh chives; minced
¼teaspoonTarragon
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender.

Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
