Yield: 4 servings
|20 \N||Raw jumbo shrimp, shelled|
|\N \N||And deveined|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic, minced|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|4 \N||Stems bok choy, cut into|
|\N \N||3/4-in pieces|
|\N \N||Juice of one lemon|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper to taste|
1) Place all ingredients in bowl and marinade for 30 minutes at room temp.
2) Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers. Place on oven proof platter.
3) Broil 12-14 minutes in oven. Turn skewers over once and season during cooking. Baste with marinade if desired.
Serve with tartare sauce.
