Black pepper shrimp

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Headless fresh shrimp unpeeled
2 \N Sticks margarine
2 ounces Can ground black pepper

Place shrimp in a baking pan and completely cover with black pepper, then with sliced margarine. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven until shrimp turn red. Turn over once and cook the other side. When done, mix in juices and serve hot. when peeled, they get the flavor of black pepper but not the hot taste. (serves 4)
