Bow tie ham salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Ham; julienned
2 cups Broccoli florets; blanched
2 cups Cooked bow tie pasta
¼ cup Chopped bell pepper
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup White wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 \N Garlic clove; minced

In large non-metal bowl, combine ham, broccoli, pasta, bell pepper, and onion; mix well. In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, combine remaining ingredients; add to ham mixture and mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
