Bostin chicken creamed spinach

4tablespoonsButter; margarine or canola
½teaspoonGarlic salt
Salt and pepper
20ouncesFrozen chopped spinach; cook
1smallOnion; dice

Directions

In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper until smooth and piping hot. Combine with spinach and onion.
