Boar spareribs with sauerkraut

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Sauerkraut
3 slices Bacon, diced
2 \N Apples, sliced
\N \N Boar ribs

Cover bottom of roasting pan with sauerkraut. Place over it 3 strips of bacon, diced, 2 apples, sliced. Place boar ribs on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1½ hours. Serve with sauteed parsnips.
