Blueberry snow ice cream

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Undiluted evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Snow, new-fallen is best

Beat eggs, add milk, sugar and vanilla. Fold in snow until the mix has the consistancy of (surprise) ice creamIngredients: Fold in the berries. You might have to place it in the freezer for a bit to get the consistancy right.
