Blintzes - vegetable filling

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Shredded cabbage
½ cup Grated carrots
½ cup Finely sliced green pepper
¾ cup Diced onions
3 tablespoons Butter or oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Cayenne pepper

Directions
