Blintzes - apple filling

| 1½ | cup | Finely chopped apples |
| 4 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 3 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
Directions
