Herbed blintz filling

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Farmer's cheese
4 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Chopped herbs such as chives
\N \N Parsley, mint, basil
1 \N Egg yolk
\N \N Salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl combine any of the stuffings. Fill and fry as described below.

Yield: enough for about 12 blintzes
