Blackberry-honey jam

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Blackberries
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1¼ cup Honey

In large saucepan, combine blackberries and honey. Crush slightly.

Let stand 20 minutes to release juices. Add lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat and cook 10-15 minutes or until thick. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Process according to manufacturer's directions. Experiment with some of the different honeys available (clover, buckwheat).
