Yield: 8 Servings
|1 can||(11 oz) condensed black bean soup|
|¼ cup||Sour cream|
|¼ cup||Minced onion|
|1 \N||Clove garlic; minced|
|4 teaspoons||Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh parsley; for garnish|
|\N \N||Corn chips or crackers; for accompaniment|
In a medium bowl mash soup. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
Cover and chill for 1 hour. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
