Home made kefir

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Milk 1%
6 teaspoons Sour cream.

Warm just little the milk , Add the sour cream and stir well.

Pour into 6 baby plastic cups with an air tight lid, keep in a warm place for 24 hours or until set. NOTE: You can leave it in an oven on the lowest temperature over night.Keep in refrigerator, You can add 1 teas of strawberries jam just before you serve, mix it.
