| ¼ | cup | Minced Carrot |
| ¼ | cup | Minced Celery |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coriander |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Sour Cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped Fresh Cilantro |

Directions
In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well.
Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
