Black bean dip #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Lime; juice and pulp of
3 \N Roma tomatoes
1 \N Head roasted garlic
\N \N Fresh hot peppers to taste
1 cup Fresh cilantro
2 cans (30-oz) black beans
1 teaspoon Cumin

Date: Sun, 30 Jun 1996 20:38:51 -0400 Drain and rinse the beans well (doing this eliminates the tinny taste of canned beans, and reduces the unfortunate digestive consequences of bean eating). Put all ingredients in the food processor and bzzzzzzzzzz until done. Take to party and blush prettily at all the compliments.
