Bittersweet mocha sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | Squares unsweetened | |
| Chocolate, chopped | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee dissolved in |
| ¼ | cup | Hot water |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| dash | Salt | |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ | cup | Light cream |
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about one minute, turning blender off and scraping down sides after 30 seconds.
Serve over pudding, cake or ice cream. Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.
