Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
½ \N | Green pepper; chopped |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 can | Mushroom soup |
2 tablespoons | Pimiento; chopped |
1 pint | Sour cream |
2 cans | Biscuits; refrigerated |
Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add salt, soup and pimentos. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1½ quart baking dish. Top with Biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees or unil biscuits are done.
