Biscuit topped stroganoff

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| ½ | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | can | Mushroom soup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Pimiento; chopped |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream |
| 2 | cans | Biscuits; refrigerated |
Directions
Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add salt, soup and pimentos. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1½ quart baking dish. Top with Biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees or unil biscuits are done.
