Biba's uncooked tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Tomatoes; peel, seed -- chop
12 \N Basil leaves
2 \N Anchovies -- chop
2 tablespoons Capers
10 \N Black olives -- slice
\N \N Salt and pepper
¼ cup Ex-virgin olive oil
3 ounces Mozzarella -- shred or grate
¼ cup Pecorino romano -- grate
1 pounds Pasta -- cook

Mix all sauce ingredients. Add cheese to hot pasta and serve with sauce that is at room temperature. Source: Biba's Trattoria Cookbook.
