Berry-glazed lamb chops

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Berry jam or jelly
2½ tablespoon Mustard, prepared, coarse
8 \N Lamb rib chops

Combine jam and 2½ tablespoons mustard in small bowl. Taste and add more mustard if desired. Place lamb chops on broiler rack. Brush lightly with glaze. Broil until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn and brush other side with glaze. Broil to desired degree of doneness.

Serve immediately, passing remaining glaze separately.

Serves 4.
