Spicy broiled lamb chops

Measure Ingredient
4 \N (1 inch thick) lamb loin
\N \N Chops
¼ cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 \N Clove garlic, crushed
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Grated onion
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
¾ teaspoon Salt

Place lamb chops in a shallow container. Combine lemon juice nd remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for two hours. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Place chops on rack in shallow roasting pan; broil six inches from heat for 20 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once and basting with marinade. 4 servings.
