Bentons's sauce - a variation on the traditional horserad

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh grated horseradish |
| 2 | teaspoons | Mustard English |
| 2 | teaspoons | Caster sugar |
| 4 | fluid ounce | Malt vinegar |
Directions
