Beer batter from kay crowley

Measure Ingredient
1.00 cup Flour
1.00 cup Beer
1.00 \N Egg
1.00 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1.00 tablespoon Mustard
2.00 cup Potato chips, crushed

Good with vegetables (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, squash, etc.).

Also good with shrimp, fish, crab and crawfish tails.

Pour beer in flour until thin mixture. Add 1 beaten egg, Worcestershire, and mustard. Dip vegetable or fish in batter; then roll through crushed potato chips. Drop into deep fryer at 300 degrees.
