Beef with chinese peas

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Flank steak; thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Oil
1 \N Clove garlic; mashed
½ \N Onion; sliced thinly
1 cup Chinese peas
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
¼ cup Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons Sherry
1 teaspoon Shoyu
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil


Marinate beef for 15 minutes or longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add peas and heat thoroughly.
