Beef pasta skillet dinner

cupFrozen cut green beans
1cupDried elbow macaroni
1poundsLean ground beef
1mediumOnion, chopped - 1/2 cup
1teaspoonBottled minced garlic
14½ounceStewed tomatoes
1teaspoonBeef bouillion granules
¼teaspoonCinnamon
½cupShredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

pour water into a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Add beans and macaroni. Return to a boil, cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain, set aside. Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, and garlic until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, bouillion granules, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Stir macaroni mixture into meat mixture. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir once or twice. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes four servings.
