1½ cup | Frozen cut green beans |
1 cup | Dried elbow macaroni |
1 pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 medium | Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup |
1 teaspoon | Bottled minced garlic |
14½ ounce | Stewed tomatoes |
1 teaspoon | Beef bouillion granules |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
pour water into a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Add beans and macaroni. Return to a boil, cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain, set aside. Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, and garlic until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, bouillion granules, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Stir macaroni mixture into meat mixture. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir once or twice. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes four servings.
