Ground beef skillet

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Salt
1 pounds Ground beef
3 cups Uncooked noodles
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cups Water

Sprinkle salt in skillet to prevent sticking. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain grease. Place noodles in layer over ground beef. Top with dry soup mix. Pour tomato sauce and water over all. Push noodles in liquid. DON'T STIR! Cover tightly and turn to high heat until steam appears around edge of cover. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 20 minutes. Stir before serving.
