Beef macaroni

Ingredients

| 5 | mediums | Onions; chopped |
| Bacon drippings | ||
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | ||
| Chili powder to taste | ||
| 1 | pounds | Cheese; grated |
| 1 | Carrot; chopped | |
| 1 | Rib celery; chopped | |
| Poultry seasoning to taste | ||
| Pepper | ||
| 1½ | cup | Tomatoes |
| 1 | pack | (10-oz) macaroni |
Directions
Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.
Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
