Beef macaroni

Bacon drippings | ||
1 | pounds | Ground beef |
Chopped parsley | ||
Salt | ||
Chili powder to taste | ||
1 | pounds | Cheese; grated |
1 | Carrot; chopped | |
1 | Rib celery; chopped | |
Poultry seasoning to taste | ||
Pepper | ||
1½ | cup | Tomatoes |
1 | pack | (10-oz) macaroni |
Directions
Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.
Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
