1 pounds | Ground beef |

1 pounds | Cheese; grated |
1 \N | Carrot; chopped |
1 \N | Rib celery; chopped |
\N \N | Poultry seasoning to taste |
\N \N | Pepper |
1½ cup | Tomatoes |
1 pack | (10-oz) macaroni |
Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.
Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
