Oven baked drumsticks

Measure Ingredient
30 Drumsticks
4 cups Fresh breadcrumbs
2 cups Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Chopped fresh parsely
2 tablespoons Onion powder
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper
150 grams Butter
1 cup Mild mustard

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl together. Melt the butter and whisk in the mustard until smooth. Lightly coat each drumstick with the butter mixture then dip into the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on oiled oven trays and bake at 190c. for 1 hour.
