Beef brisket #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Brisket
4 tablespoons Liquid smoke
6 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons Onion powder
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Celery salt
1 can Mushroom soup (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except brisket (for gravy) for marinade. Marinate brisket overnight in refrigerator. Bring brisket to room temperature the next morning and cook 5 hours at 300 degrees. For a good gravy, add mushroom soup.
