Beef brisket barbecue

Ingredients

| Brisket, boneless | ||
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Cider Vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Liquid Smoke |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Bay leaf, finely crushed | |
Directions
Rub surface of beef with salt. Place in an ungreased rectangular baking pan 13x9x2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over beef. Cover and bake in a 325-degree oven until tender, about 3 hours.
You can prepare this dish in the crockpot. Double the ingredients for the sauce and add about ½ cup water as well. You may need to cut up the brisket to make it fit. Also, you may want to remove to a baking dish and broil for a few minutes to get that barbecue'd texture.
