|4 \N||8-inch flour tortillas|
|½ cup||Purchased spicy guacamole|
|½ cup||Chopped seeded tomato|
|4 slices||Cooked roast beef; 2-oz each, (from deli)|
|1 cup||Alfalfa sprouts|
Warm tortillas as directed on package.
Spread 2 tablespoons guagamole on each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons tomato. Top with 1 slice roast beef and ¼ cup sprouts. Roll up. Secure with toothpick. Serve with salsa.
