Beef and avacado spiral sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N 8-inch flour tortillas
½ cup Purchased spicy guacamole
½ cup Chopped seeded tomato
4 slices Cooked roast beef; 2-oz each, (from deli)
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
½ cup Salsa

Warm tortillas as directed on package.

Spread 2 tablespoons guagamole on each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons tomato. Top with 1 slice roast beef and ¼ cup sprouts. Roll up. Secure with toothpick. Serve with salsa.
