Yield: 1 Servings
|2 \N||Medium; ripe avocados, pitted & peeled|
|3 tablespoons||Fresh lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons||Sugar (or to taste)|
|2 cups||Vanila ice cream|
|\N \N||Chopped Brazil nuts and Maraschino Cherries (optional)|

Combine avocados and lemon juice and mash. Add sugar and continue mashing until creamy . Add ice cream and beat well with electric beater. Serve at once in beautiful dessert glasses and top with nuts and a cherry.
For Avocado Drink, just add enough milk to get the desired consistency.
(It can be made in the blender) Serve at once and enjoy!
