Avocado ice cream

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| ½ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 14½ | ounce | Can evaporated milk well chilled |
| 1 | cup | Mashed ripe avocados |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume. Add all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
