|2 larges||Avocados; ripe, chilled,|
|\N \N||;peeled, halved, seeded and|
|¼ cup||Lime juice; fresh|
|6 tablespoons||Sugar, confectioners'|
|½ \N||Lime; cut into 4 thin wedges|
With the back of a spoon, force the diced avocado through a sieve set over a bowl. Stir in the lime juice and sugar. Serve from chilled parfait glasses or dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with a lime wedge.
