Crema de abacate (cream of avocado dessert) (brazil)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Avocados; ripe, chilled,
\N \N ;peeled, halved, seeded and
\N \N ;diced
¼ cup Lime juice; fresh
6 tablespoons Sugar, confectioners'
½ \N Lime; cut into 4 thin wedges

With the back of a spoon, force the diced avocado through a sieve set over a bowl. Stir in the lime juice and sugar. Serve from chilled parfait glasses or dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with a lime wedge.
