Basil butter

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Butter -- softened
1 \N Clove garlic -- chopped
\N \N Fine
1 \N Handful? basil, fresh shredded
\N \N Salt and pepper -- to taste

Blend ingredients together well. Shape into a roll, wrap in foil and refrigerate. This is fantastic on breads, veggies, pasta, or basting poultry.
