Basil-ricotta sauce

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Part skimmed ricotta cheese
½ cup Fresh chopped basil
½ cup Sliced green onions
½ cup Roasted red peppers, diced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons White wine
2 Cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 3 cups of sauce, enough for about 1 lb. (dry weight) of tubular pasta.
