Basic baked macaroni & cheese

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked & drained |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2½ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | cups | (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, mustard, & salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook & stir until mixture thickens slightly (should coat the spoon). Remove from heat.
Add 1½ cup cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni.
