Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Soft bread crumbs |
1 cup | Milk |
1 | Egg; beaten |
1½ pounds | Ground beef |
1 tablespoon | Minced onion |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
½ cup | Catsup |
1 cup | Water |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
3 slices | Lemon |
2 teaspoons | Chili powder |
Soak crumbs in milk. Add beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into balls and put in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a pan; bring to a boil and cook several minutes. Pour over balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
