Barbecued black beans over elbows (mf)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Elbow macaroni
32 ounces Black beans; drained and rinsed
4 ounces Chopped green chilies
14 ounces Chopped tomatoes (14-16oz); with juice
10 ounces Frozen corn kernels; thawed
2 tablespoons Barbecue sauce
¾ teaspoon Ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Chopped fresh cilantro; for garnish
Minced fresh jalapeno pepper; for garnish

Directions

Bring water to a boil and cook pasta. Meanwhile simmer beans in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
