Barbecued black beans over elbows (mf)

3 | cups | Elbow macaroni |
32 | ounces | Black beans; drained and rinsed |
4 | ounces | Chopped green chilies |
14 | ounces | Chopped tomatoes (14-16oz); with juice |
10 | ounces | Frozen corn kernels; thawed |
2 | tablespoons | Barbecue sauce |
¾ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
Salt and pepper | ||
Chopped fresh cilantro; for garnish | ||
Minced fresh jalapeno pepper; for garnish |
Directions
Bring water to a boil and cook pasta. Meanwhile simmer beans in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
