Barbados hot sauce

½ounceMustard, powdered
½ounceSalt
20Bonnet peppers
¼poundsHorseradish, grated
6Cloves garlic
White vinegar

Directions

This recipe is from a fund raising cookbook from Barbados. Windmill doesn't include horseradish in the list of ingredients but it sounds good.
